Andy is 13 months old now. He's really great at walking now. He is getting better at eating whatever we give him, but is still really good at spitting out the things he doesn't want. We had to take him to the doctor yesterday because his thumb was looking really gross. They were worried that it was staph when I called in, but when we got there the doctor said it wasn't infected! He told us Andy shouldn't suck his thumb anymore because it is really prone to infection since it is all cracked. So, last night we started putting socks on Andy's hands...it's way sad because he cries more now at night since he can't suck his thumb. The doctor said if we keep the socks on him for about a week he should be over the whole thumb sucking thing. Hopefully he's right! Here are some pictures from December...He loved his birthday card from Grammy; there is one of him eating his cupcake at his birthday party; he's stuck in the entertainment center in one; we got to see Santa this past month at our ward Christmas party (and Andy loved him!); also, Andy loves playing with Linnea, and they are way easier to take care of when there are two of them entertaining each other.
